The nanowires (NWs) of zinc oxide (ZnO) are developed effectively on an n-type silicon substrate through a seed (Zn) layer by wet oxidation technique. growth is performed at different temperatures, 650, 750, and 850 °C, in rich oxygen environment under flow the presence water vapor atmospheric pressure with heating rate 100 °C 30 min. At 415 gas introduced for process. Zn deposited thermal evaporation structural, morphological, optical properties investigated. temperature effect NWs ZnO intensity their direction explored. grown vertically oriented T = 750 °C. ultraviolet (UV) analysis has been exposed visible region ranging from 10 nm to 700 UV ratio 2.22. In addition, X-ray diffraction (XRD) employed research structural ZnO, characterization verified scanning electron microscope (SEM) investigate morphology.
